INDICACIONES
\nLevodopa en combinaci\u00f3n con Benserazida est\u00e1n indicados para el tratamiento de la enfermedad de Parkinson.
\nPOSOLOG\u00cdA
\nLa dosis se establecer\u00e1 individualmente de acuerdo con el criterio m\u00e9dico y cuadro cl\u00ednico del paciente. Por v\u00eda oral. Dosis inicial: 200\/50 mg por d\u00eda dividido en 3 o 4 tomas, aumentando cada 3-7 d\u00edas hasta la dosis de mantenimiento: 300-800\/75-200 mg en 3-6 tomas. Presentaciones de liberaci\u00f3n prolongada (HBS) indicadas ante fluctuaciones motoras o diston\u00edas y calambres, se absorbe en un 60%, por lo que requiere aumentar la dosis total. Su inicio de acci\u00f3n es lento; conviene asociar una forma convencional en la ma\u00f1ana.
\nCONTRAINDICACIONES
\nCoadministraci\u00f3n con inhibidores no selectivos de MAO. Glaucoma de \u00e1ngulo cerrado. Feocromocitoma, hipertiroidismo, Cushing. Psicosis. Menores de 25 a\u00f1os.
\nPRECAUCIONES
\nGlaucoma de \u00e1ngulo abierto. \u00dalcera gastroduodenal. Insuficiencia card\u00edaca. Antecedentes de arritmia o enfermedad coronaria. En anestesia general no utilizar ciclopropano u halotano.
