Contiene etinilestradiol y drospirenona, gest\u00e1geno de 4\u00aa generaci\u00f3n derivado de la espirolactona, con acci\u00f3n antiandrog\u00e9nica y propiedades antimineralocorticoideas que determinan una menor retenci\u00f3n h\u00eddrica en pacientes sensibles.<br \/>\nPOSOLOG\u00cdA<br \/>\nLa dosis se establecer\u00e1 individualmente de acuerdo con el criterio m\u00e9dico y cuadro cl\u00ednico del paciente. Por v\u00eda oral, de preferencia siempre a la misma hora, iniciando el primer d\u00eda del ciclo. En presentaciones c\u00edclicas (21 Comprimidos) al finalizar el envase discontinuar por una semana y reiniciar un nuevo ciclo al 8\u00ba d\u00eda. En presentaciones continuas (28 Comprimidos) seguir estrictamente el orden marcado en el envase, recomenzando inmediatamente al d\u00eda siguiente de finalizar cada envase, sin per\u00edodo de descanso.<br \/>\nCONTRAINDICACIONES<br \/>\nAntecedente de trombosis venosa o arterial. ACV, patolog\u00eda coronaria. Hipertensi\u00f3n arterial severa. Fumadora mayor de 35 a\u00f1os. Hepatopat\u00eda. Tumor hormono-dependiente. C\u00e1ncer de mama. Tumor hep\u00e1tico. Estenosis mitral descompensada. Sangrado genital sin diagn\u00f3stico. Diabetes con vasculopat\u00eda. Enfermedad vascular ocular.<br \/>\nEmbarazo: Contraindicado. Lactancia: Contraindicado en los primeros 6 meses de lactancia materna exclusiva.<br \/>\nPRECAUCIONES<br \/>\nMigra\u00f1a. Epilepsia. Tabaquismo. Hipertensi\u00f3n. Hipercolesterolemia. Diabetes. Obesidad.
