\nEn trastornos digestivos intensos (malabsorci\u00f3n). Durante los incrementos de los requerimientos debido a enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas o agudas, convalecencia de cirug\u00eda durante o posterior al tratamiento con antibi\u00f3ticos o quimioterapia.
