Cuando existe insuficiencia renal o disfunci\u00f3n renal (aclaramiento de creatinina &lt; 60mL\/min)<br \/>\nPRECAUCIONES<br \/>\nNo ingerir bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas durante el tratamiento. Evitar la administraci\u00f3n en personas con desnutrici\u00f3n importante, con antecedentes de alcoholismo o bajo condiciones que predispongan a una disminuci\u00f3n del ox\u00edgeno en los tejidos como: disfunci\u00f3n pulmonar cr\u00f3nica, infecciones severas.
