Mayores de 65 a\u00f1os: Tomar 25 mg (medio comprimido de 50 mg).<br \/>\nCONTRAINDICACIONES<br \/>\nEst\u00e1 contraindicado en pacientes con hipersensibilidad a Sildenafil o cualquier otro componente de este medicamento. Pacientes card\u00edacos bajo tratamiento de nitratos. No se aconseja el uso de sildenafil en los casos siguientes: insuficiencia hep\u00e1tica grave, hipotensi\u00f3n (&lt;90\/50 mmHg), historia reciente de hemorragia cerebral o infarto de miocardio, alteraciones de la retina de origen hereditario, embarazo y lactancia.<br \/>\nPRECAUCIONES<br \/>\nEn pacientes con presi\u00f3n arterial baja, Sildenafil acent\u00faa en forma leve y transitoria la hipotensi\u00f3n, la que puede llegar a ser especialmente peligrosa cuando se asocia a nitratos (nitroglicerina e isosorbida nitrato). Pacientes con deformidades anat\u00f3micas del pene (enfermedad de Peyronie, fibrosis cavernaria) o predisposici\u00f3n al priapismo (ej: anemia falciforme, mieloma m\u00faltiple o leucemia) deber\u00e1n consultar al m\u00e9dico sobre la compatibilidad de su condici\u00f3n con el tratamiento. Pacientes con trastornos hemorr\u00e1gicos o \u00falcera p\u00e9ptica activa deben ser advertidos de la posibilidad que sildenafil, puede inducir hemorragia al alterar el proceso de la coagulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea.
