Infecciones e inflamaciones bucofar\u00edngeas. Faringitis. Gingivitis. Estomatitis. Dolor bucofar\u00edngeo.<\/p>\n

POSOLOG\u00cdA Y MODO DE USO<\/strong>
\nAdultos y ni\u00f1os mayores a 12 a\u00f1os, disolver lentamente un caramelo sin masticar cada 4 horas.<\/p>\n

CONTRAINDICACIONES<\/strong>
\nNeomicina: Hipersensibilidad a la Neomicina; en ocasiones puede haber reacci\u00f3n cruzada en individuos con hipersensibilidad a otros aminogluc\u00f3sidos. Obstrucci\u00f3n intestinal.
\nBenzoca\u00edna: Produce fen\u00f3menos de sensibilidad por contacto. El uso prolongado produce inflamaci\u00f3n y sensibilidad anormal al dolor.<\/p>\n

PRECAUCIONES Y ADVERTENCIAS<\/strong>
\nPacientes con insuficiencia renal y lesiones graves del o\u00eddo. En caso de diabetes tener en cuenta el aporte de sacarosa y glucosa. La relaci\u00f3n riesgo-beneficio debe evaluarse en presencia de infecci\u00f3n local y traumatismo severo de la mucosa t\u00f3pica.
\nConsulte a su m\u00e9dico.
\n-Si aparecen signos o s\u00edntomas de hipersensibilidad (reacci\u00f3n al\u00e9rgica) deber\u00e1 discontinuarse la administraci\u00f3n del producto y consultar a su m\u00e9dico.
\n-Si el dolor de garganta fuera m\u00e1s intenso o si no notara mejor\u00eda en cinco d\u00edas.
\n– Si el dolor de garganta se acompa\u00f1ara de fiebre, n\u00e1useas o v\u00f3mitos, dolor de cabeza, hinchaz\u00f3n, enrojecimiento o dificultad para respirar.
\n– Si usted est\u00e1 tomando alg\u00fan medicamento o est\u00e1 embarazada o dando de mamar.
\n– Si los s\u00edntomas persisten consulte con su m\u00e9dico.<\/p>\n

REACCIONES ADVERSAS; EFECTOS COLATERALES<\/strong>
\nLa administraci\u00f3n prolongada puede ocasionar molestias gastrointestinales (n\u00e1useas, v\u00f3mitos, irritaci\u00f3n g\u00e1strica), rash cut\u00e1neo y prurito por la Neomicina. La Benzoca\u00edna produce fen\u00f3menos de sensibilidad por contacto. El uso prolongado produce inflamaci\u00f3n y sensibilidad anormal al dolor.<\/p>\n

INTERACCI\u00d3N CON MEDICAMENTOS Y ALIMENTOS<\/strong><\/p>\n

La Neomicina puede interferir con la absorci\u00f3n de otras drogas incluyendo digoxina, metrotexato, fenoximetilpenicilina. La Benzoca\u00edna puede antagonizar la actividad antibacteriana de las sulfamidas.<\/p>\n

RESTRICCIONES DE USO<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pacientes con hipersensibilidad a los componentes. Si usted est\u00e1 tomando alg\u00fan medicamento, o est\u00e1 embarazada o dando de mamar consulte a su m\u00e9dico antes de tomar este medicamento.<\/p>\n

SOBREDOSIS<\/strong>
\nPuede causar n\u00e1useas, diarrea, lesiones del o\u00eddo. Dificultad en la respiraci\u00f3n. Tratamiento con lavado g\u00e1strico y absorci\u00f3n con carb\u00f3n activado.
